If you are a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receive the goods.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including standard delivery costs if such costs were paid.

Reimbursement will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrectly.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
