Shipping policy

We deliver our products to Austria, Germany, and Italy.

Shipping is handled exclusively by GLS.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and handed over to GLS from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Austria: 1–2 business days
Germany: 2–3 business days
Italy: 3–4 business days

Delivery will take place no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed.

Once the goods have been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number. Shipment tracking is available at https://gls-group.com/AT/en/home/

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free of charge for all orders to Austria, Germany, and Italy.
No additional shipping costs will be charged.

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact and delivery details when placing the order. If the billing and delivery addresses differ, the full details of the recipient must be provided.

For consumers, the risk of loss or damage transfers only upon delivery of the goods to the customer or to a third party designated by the customer who is not the carrier.
