Refund policy
If the customer is a consumer within the meaning of applicable consumer protection law, he or she has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
The right of withdrawal or return is subject to the following conditions:
- The products to be returned may also be returned partially (individually).
- The returned products must not have been used or damaged in a manner exceeding what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
- The products should, where possible, be returned in their original packaging. However, the absence of the original packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
- The products must be returned to the seller without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the declaration of withdrawal.
- The seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been received back or until the consumer has provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Please note that reimbursement will be made no later than 14 calendar days from receipt of the withdrawal notice. However, the seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.
The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the delivered goods were damaged or defective.
Shipping costs will only be covered by the seller if damage occurred during transport or if the goods were delivered incorrectly by the seller.
