Right of Withdrawal

The customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which the withdrawal was declared.
The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods were delivered damaged, defective or incorrectly.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until the customer has provided proof of return shipment.

EBOBO is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsafe handling, incorrect storage, use in unsuitable appliances or failure to follow safety instructions.
